OS Version: Microsoft® Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2, 32 bit Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2 Since it will not let me obtain a new copy of the program as the new version is out and it will not delete the old version, how do I get rid of this stupid program? Getting rather frustrated as this always pops up at the computer startup.any help you can give would be hugely appreciated!! Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of this program Message file "C:\ProgramFiles\IObit\AdvancedSystemCare5\unins000.msg" is missing. Whenever I turn my computer on it always pops up as not being able to run due to it not being fully installed? I can't seem to get rid of this program that's on my computer- Advanced System Care 5.
